The location of Boutique Centrale Relais was perfect for exploring all the major attractions in Rome, such as the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, and Pantheon. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, promptly responding to any messages and resolving any issues quickly. The room was also cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Conveniently located at the start of the main shopping street, close to all the action. Opposite a great cafe for breakfast and coffee. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and unobtrusive. Loved the mix of old and contemporary design. Efficiently cleaned room with lift access. Satisfying simple breakfast brought to the room each morning. 100% recommend for its great location and accommodating staff.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in the middle of a bustling shopping street. It is very close to every shop we needed and within walking distance to all the main attractions. the room is spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was also very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service during our stay. On top of that, the hotel offers a good selection of coffee.
The WiFi in the room was too weak, making it difficult to connect to the internet unless near the corridor.

We loved the central location of the hotel, as it was close to everything. We could easily walk to popular attractions like Vatican City and the Colosseum, and the Spagna Metro station was just a short stroll away. It was also convenient to have all the shops we needed nearby. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and we appreciated that it was cleaned daily. The hotel staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for restaurants and historic sites.
Nothing to mention; it was a fantastic stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center and within walking distance of major attractions like the Pantheon and Piazza di Spagna. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities you'd expect. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
All in all, my stay was great and there is nothing major that I believe could be improved.
